About Us
Community 4 is a partnership of four leading providers of services to people in the county of Wiltshire; the partners are DHI, Westlea Housing Association, Alabaré Christian Care & Support and Splitz Support Service.
We provide a floating support service; it is a flexible service providing or facilitating a range of low to medium levels of support to people in the Wiltshire local authority area, with the aim of enabling or maintaining independence. We act as a broker and facilitator - assessing individuals' needs and as a source of support promoting self-help whilst enabling access to other locally available services as appropriate.
Support can be provided for up to two years, with a clear exit strategy. When support is no longer needed it moves on to someone else who needs it but can return if necessary. Support can also move with the individual if needed and if appropriate.
